Cherry coloured wine with garnet reflections, intense aroma with hints of raspberry and cherry.
Fresh and moderately sour flavour, the wine offers hints of red fruit, with good persistence on the palate, and the sweetness, dry and sour ending goes well with first and second courses of fish, which becomes an excellent aperitif, served cold.
