Clear and bright ruby red wine, the wine offers intense and complex fragrances reminiscing the wild berries, aromatic herbs and pleasant floral tastes, in particular violets, enriched with balsamic and mentholated flavours. The taste shows great structure, gently harmonized by a very pleasant tannic frame, modulated by an excellent relationship between freshness and flavor. It is excellent to accompany roasts and grilled meat, braised and overcooked game.
